Przekaza Design Associates (PDA) has provided individuals, corporations, institutions, retailers, developers, and municipalities with design expertise on many award-winning projects throughout the Northeastern United States. We provide feasibility studies, space needs analysis & program development, preliminary design, construction documents (including Engineering Consultant coordination), specifications, interior design services, marketing presentation boards and sophisticated models. We follow through the entire construction process to ensure the integrity of the project. Client referrals are some of our best marketing tools.

Founded by Catherine E. Przekaza, AIA, on July 12, 1993, Przekaza Design Associates is certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), as well as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), providing clients with advantages toward meeting Federal contacting goals. We offer full CAD capabilities in addition to gifted hand drawing and rendering techniques. We practice a variety of production techniques to ensure the most cost-effective use of our clients' production time. PDA has become competitive very quickly due to a conscious effort to keep overhead cost at a minimum.

Our clients enjoy confidence in knowing all projects are headed personally by Principal Architect, Catherine E. Przekaza, AIA. Staffing has been contained to a comfortably manageable level. We maintain association with numerous Designers and Engineers in order to build specialized teams to complete individual projects thoroughly and economically. PDA strives to develop design teams whose key members specialize in the client's specific project type.
